Operational resilience

Operational resilience is the ability of an organisation to protect and maintain core business services, known as critical functions, both during normal operations and in the face of stress or disruption. The goal is to identify threats and potential failures, protect against, respond to and learn from them, to minimise the disruption of critical functions according tolerance.
